Step 1: Order and Design
Based on the dimensions, pressure rating, connection standards and material requirements provided by the customer, confirm the structural plan of the Butterfly check valve. Complete the design of the valve body, valve disc, pin shaft, spring and sealing surface, and output the production drawings and process documents.

Step 2: Forging & Casting
According to the design requirements, select the appropriate raw materials. The valve body is usually formed by casting or forging processes. For the main components such as the valve body and valve disc of the Butterfly check valve, the blank manufacturing is carried out, and the appearance inspection and material confirmation are conducted to ensure there are no defects such as air holes or cracks.

Step 3: Machining
Carry out precise machining on the inner holes, sealing surfaces, end faces, shaft holes and the mating parts of the valve disc in the valve body. The key points of processing for the butterfly check valve include the accuracy of the sealing surfaces, the flexibility of the valve disc rotation, and the assembly dimensional tolerances, to ensure stable and reliable opening and closing actions.

Step 4: Assembly
After cleaning, deburring and inspecting the machined parts, they proceed to the assembly process. The internal components such as valve discs, pin shafts, springs, and limit pieces are installed to complete the overall assembly of the Butterfly check valve, and the opening angle and return performance are checked.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
After assembly is completed, perform strength tests, sealing tests and opening/closing performance tests on the Butterfly check valve. If necessary, conduct shell pressure tests and leakage detection in accordance with relevant standards to ensure that the product meets the quality requirements for factory delivery.

Step 6: Painting and Finishing
After the product passes the inspection, the surface of the valve body is cleaned, undergoes anti-rust treatment, painting or passivation treatment, and the nameplate, labels and packaging are completed. Finally, it is stored in the warehouse or dispatched for shipment, ensuring that the product appearance is intact and easy to install and use.
