Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Order and Design

Based on the dimensions, pressure rating, connection standards and material requirements provided by the customer, confirm the structural plan of the Butterfly check valve. Complete the design of the valve body, valve disc, pin shaft, spring and sealing surface, and output the production drawings and process documents.

Step 2: Forging & Casting

According to the design requirements, select the appropriate raw materials. The valve body is usually formed by casting or forging processes. For the main components such as the valve body and valve disc of the Butterfly check valve, the blank manufacturing is carried out, and the appearance inspection and material confirmation are conducted to ensure there are no defects such as air holes or cracks.

Step 3: Machining
