Step 1: Order and Design
The customer's requirements for the size, connection method, material, sealing requirements and surface treatment standards of the sanitary butterfly valve are confirmed. The engineering team designs the drawings based on the hygiene-level working conditions, ensuring that the valve structure meets the requirements for clean fluid transportation and easy cleaning.

Step 2: Forging & Casting
The main metal components of the Sanitary butterfly valve are usually made from high-quality stainless steel materials. The valve body and valve plate are formed from these raw materials through forging or precision casting. This process ensures that the product has excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and hygienic performance as a foundation.

Step 3: Machining
The valve body, valve plate, valve stem and other components are subjected to CNC precision processing to ensure that the dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance meet the requirements. For sanitary butterfly valves, the inner and outer surfaces also need to undergo fine treatment and polishing to achieve the hygiene-level surface smoothness standard.

Step 4: Assembly
Assemble the processed valve body, butterfly plate, valve stem, sealing ring and actuator, etc. The assembly process of the sanitary butterfly valve requires special attention to the installation accuracy of the sealing components and the overall concentricity to ensure smooth opening and closing and reliable sealing.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
After assembly, the sanitary butterfly valve needs to undergo strict quality inspections, including size checks, sealing tests, pressure tests, operation tests, and surface quality inspections, to ensure that each valve meets the hygiene standards and usage safety requirements.

Step 6: Painting and Finishing
After the products undergo final cleaning, surface treatment and appearance inspection, they are subjected to final processing. For sanitary butterfly valves, the key focuses are on cleaning, marking, packaging and protective treatment to ensure that the products maintain a good surface condition and cleanliness during transportation and delivery.

It is widely used in industries with high hygiene requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages. Among them, the sanitary butterfly valve, with its simple structure, small size, light weight, small installation size, convenient operation, and small driving torque, not only has good flow regulation ability and closing sealing performance, but also has a small flow resistance when fully open. It can also achieve sensitive regulation within the range of 15° to 70° opening. Therefore, it is widely used in large-diameter fluid control. At the same time, its valve plate is wipeable, and it is also suitable for the transportation and control of media containing suspended particles, powders, and granular substances.
