Step 1: Order and Design
According to the customer’s working conditions, pressure class, size, material, and jacket structure requirements, the technical team confirms the drawings and production specifications of the jacketed gate valve. This step includes design review, dimension confirmation, and process planning before production.

Step 2: Forging & Casting
The main pressure-bearing parts such as body, bonnet, gate, and jacket-related components are produced by casting or forging based on the material requirements. Raw castings or forgings are then checked for surface quality, internal defects, and dimensional allowance to ensure they meet the manufacturing standard of the jacketed gate valve.

Step 3: Machining
All key parts are machined precisely, including flange faces, sealing surfaces, gate, stem, bonnet connection, and jacket passages. CNC machining and drilling are used to ensure accurate dimensions, smooth flow channels, and proper fit-up between components.

Step 4: Assembly
After machining and cleaning, all parts are assembled in sequence, including body, gate, stem, bonnet, gasket, and handwheel. During this stage, special attention is given to the sealing performance and jacket connection accuracy of the jacketed gate valve to ensure stable operation.

Step 5: Testing & Quality Assurance
Each jacketed gate valve undergoes strict inspection and testing, such as shell pressure test, seat sealing test, jacket pressure test, and dimensional inspection. Material certificates and inspection records are also reviewed to guarantee product quality and compliance with standards.

Step 6: Painting and Finishing
After final approval, the valve surface is cleaned, anti-rust treated, painted if required, and marked with nameplate and traceability information. The finished product is then packed carefully to prevent damage during storage and shipment.
